Data recovery

Hello, I really hope for your help. 4 days ago, I forgot my phone screen password, and after several unsuccessful attempts, the phone locked. The next day I had to make a firmware. After the formatting, I went to the aikloud, and there I have a little Photography, that is, until that time I hadn't made a backup. Now the phone is empty, will it be possible to recover data without a backup? I still have very important photos, there are about 3,500 of them. I'm waiting for an answer, thank you.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

If the iPhone has been erased without a backup, there is no way to recover data. Sorry.
