I have iPad Pro 2020 and I never can upload anything to youtube, we transfer or any other side.I used safari and firefox, and it either always get stuck after 10% or doesn't even start uploading. Does iPad browsers don't allow uploads? This seems to be strange since I can download things. IS this some setting issue? Please help.

Uploads of regular files have been possible since I believe iOS 13 in Safari. Not sure about Firefox though.
Uploads of photos from the Photos app have been regularly possible since very early on iOS's life. Again not so sure about Firefox.
The fact its getting stopped or hung during the upload may have something to do with the websites or your internet connection.
I can upload files just fine through Safari though I have not tried with large heavy video files.
How big are these files you are trying to upload exactly?
Most browsers on iOS/iPadOS will let you download content, but uploading content from these browsers I do not think was ever possible or an available feature.
Have you tried using the actual YouTube app or the WeTransfer app or other data/photo/video transfer apps, from the iOS App Store, instead?
That is really inconvenient. I don't understand why this feature is not available. I can upload things from my android phone. :-/ I tried youtube app but I couldn't upload either. :-(
They are usually around 1GB-2GB…. 🤔
It often uploads till 20% than stops.
