It won’t download. How do I just delete it from my settings instead

We are happy to help with the issue you are having with downloading an app. What app are you trying to download? Do you see it on your iPad? We see you came from About the security content of iMovie 10.2.4. Is it iMovie? If you see the app on your iPad, it will be located on your Home Screen. If it is there but not opening, check out If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open.
If you would like to delete the app, check out Delete apps from iPad. Alternatively, you can go to Settings > General > iPad Storage, then tap on the app in question and you should see an option for "Delete app".
