Yes, i have logged in and my profile shows logged in and i also tried a couple of times, logged in and out to see if it works. Frustrating. Keeps taking me to the subscription page
That is something you will need to take up with WSJ. They are the ones responsible for your login and account profile.
Have you checked to ensure that you are logged into the account on the iPad? Have you tried logging out and back in again?
