WSJ app on ipad not working inspite of my profile has a valid id and password. keeps pushing the subscription page on ipad.

Yes, i have logged in and my profile shows logged in and i also tried a couple of times, logged in and out to see if it works. Frustrating. Keeps taking me to the subscription page
