Delayed Whatsapp Notifications and Amazon Video Quality

Hi Team,

Recently I moved from an Android phone to an iPhone. The first thing I noticed is that my WhatsApp notifications are delayed whether it’s a msg or a video call or voice call. I’m a techie myself I’ve done all the possible FLR before reaching out to you’ll.

I’ve also read it’s happening after recent iOS updates. WhatsApp team has cleared that it’s not an issue with the app. I have a very good internet connection both wifi and mobile network so definitely not an issue with the connection. Kindly fix this!!

My second query is about the quality of Amazon Prime Videos. I noticed that the quality of Amazon Videos on iOS is restricted only to HD while other platforms can watch a video upto UHD. I reached out to Amazon support team who said nothing can be done from their end.

As a consumer it is very disappointing to be in a situation where I cannot use the device to its full potential.

Kindly come-up with a better solution and not with any generic solution or template. Thank you!!
