I have tried all suggestions and nothing. I have an iPhone 8 IOS 14.6 and am a mother of four children who drive. I NEED MY APP BACK SO I WILL NOT WORRY ABOUT THEM and I can finally sleep at night. Please help!

I am not sure which all suggestions that you have tried and therefore my suggestion below may be a repeat of something that you may have already tried.
The Find My app cannot be deleted and therefore it still exists on your iPhone. One place to search is in the App Library which is the last home screen when you continue to SWIPE LEFT until you reach it. Locate the Find My app in the App Library and then drag and drop it in your favorite location of your iPhone.
If the above, for some reason, does not work then you can open Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Reset Home Screen Layout. This action will reset your Home Screen app icons and Find My should be on first home screen.

The Find My app combines Find My iPhone and Find My Friends into a single app in the latest versions of iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. If you need help finding it, use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch or use Spotlight on your Mac. You can also share locations on iCloud.com.

Hey Axel keep sending suggestions my way. The app is not in my library only find my (without the people tab). And reset screen just unbundled all of my icons. Back to square 1.
