Powerbeats pro ring and buzz randomly

I don’t know what to do, I have reset my Powerbeats multiple times and it stopped the ringing but it still has an electrical buzzing. I don’t know if apple will fix them or send me a new pair. Overall I have not been happy with my purchase. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.
