iPhone 12 pro max contacts are not sync with my car

My new iphone 12 promax apparently is connected to my Audi bluetooth. I can receive phone calls. But none of my contacts are sync with the car.

Anyone has a suggestion?

Please contact the car dealer/manufacturer, or read the manual that came with the car.
