A. Clear Temporary Internet Files:

Clear your Temporary Internet Files(Cookies & Cache) of Safari:

B. Clear "Other":

Clear the storages named "Other". It basically contains unnecessary files such as caches that are used for system ease of use - all of which gather over time: How to Clear "Other" in your iPhone's Storage - Use Backup - User Tips. Caches would be being used for remembrance of application use.

Did you updated your contacts info in your Contacts app?

You need to tell us exactly where and what you see and also what you've done.

Are you using Wi-Fi?

Switch Wi-Fi Off and go outside where you have the sky above you and test.

Is your location enabled?

Settings > Privacy > Location Services : ON? > Maps > While using?

Try a reset.

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
