My AirPod pro plays music automatically when I put them in my ears, I hear some click in my ears and the music start playing, have turn off my music but still plays itself so it makes it very difficult to use, what might be the problem

Does this issue occur every time, even when there is no audio currently playing on your device? Is it possible that you're pressing the force sensor on the stem of an AirPod Pro when inserting it?
