Email Mail annoyance

Hi,

my problem is with the Bcc facility in my mail app on my ipad2, try as I may I cannot get the Bcc facility too turn off. I have gone into settings -mail - setting- composing, and turned off “always bcc myself” but this does not work. Every time I write or reply to an email I have to delete the bcc.

Surely I am not alone is there a fix for this?
