I have "Always BCC Myself" turned on in Settings app > Mail.
However, when I compose a new email the Bcc field is empty and I have to fill it in manually.
Toggling on/off, force quitting Settings app, and rebooting the phone didn't help.
I'm not sure if this issue existed in earlier iOS versions.

I’ve used the setting for “always bcc myself” for years on IOS and it has definitely stopped working, possibly since IOS 15. I am running 15.3 but nothing else has changed. This is a problem.
Go to -> Settings -> Mail -> Blind copy to me -> turn it On.
It should work, I don't know any other solution.
Try turn it Off and then turn it On again.
Then turn the iPhone Off and turn it On again.
It is turned on. But it doesn't work.
"Always BCC Myself" doesn't work in iOS 15.2.1
