Can't unlock my iPhone 5S

I have a phone that I haven't used for years, the iPhone 5S. I want to start using it now.

Problem is, that I don't remember the email used nor the passcode. I did a factory reset, but because it says that the device used Find my iPhone, I need either the original email which I can't recognize to be honest or the passcode.

Even after reset, I can't access it. What are my options?

Without the Apple ID and password you used to set up the phone, you will not be able to use it. We can't help and Apple will not unless you can produce the original receipt clearly showing the serial number. Check this link...

Your iPhone 5s is Activation Locked. You need to use the Apple ID credentials you used with this phone to unlock it. If you don't remember it, you will not be able to unlock it. One option, but it would require that you can prove ownership, is to ask for Apples assistance. If you can't prove ownership, they won't be able to help you either.

The email address, associated with your Apple ID is the same as your Apple ID's user name. When you first created an Apple ID, it required that you provide a valid email address to create it. So, if you created one using your Gmail address, that would be the one to use. However, it would be odd to set the password hint to another email address.

So that begs the question: Did you purchase this iPhone new directly from Apple or used from another 3rd party?
