Hello RomeoRomeo24,

Thanks for reaching out to us in Apple Support Communities about not being able to read email messages on your Mac, we're happy to help by looking into this more!

So we have a better understanding of what's happening, does this issue happen with all messages, or only messages from one particular sender?

Are you able to read the message if you open the message in the account directly? For example, if this is an iCloud email, can you read the email message at iCloud.com, or if this is a Gmail email account, can you read the message at gmail.com?

Finally, does closing and launching the Mail app again, help?

How about restarting your Mac, does that help?

Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac

Best Regards.

It doesn’t matter which gmail I use, the content cannot be opened. As shared, after an hour with Apple Support yesterday, I was told to shut down everything and let the Mac go to “factory settings”. Then the “problem will be solved”. The Support person did not stay in the phone line with me because the process of shutting down was 34 minutes. After the shutdown, I lost one of my email completely and the remaining emails still will not open to reveal content.
