how do iet the i tunes icon that starts the program to my desktop

  1. Shrink all your windows so that you can see the desktop on the right of your screen
  2. Use the Windows "start" menu to find the iTunes folder on the main programme list
  3. click on the folder to open it. There should be two items: About iTunes and iTunes
  4. drag the iTunes icon to any open space on your desktop
  5. that's it
