I have recently switched from one iPhone to another and imported all of my text messages to the new phone. I now have blue dots next to a number (not all) of message threads that would indicate they are unread, but they have all been read. How do I get rid of the blue dots?

Use your Computer:
Try setting up Messages, and click the discussions one at a time. It might be quicker than tapping and scrolling on your iPhone. Go Here: Use Messages with your Mac - Apple Support
Open the Messages App
Tap Edit
Tap Select Messages
Bottom left corner, tap Read All
