4 finger gesture in macbook air not work

I have MacBook Air (11-inch, Mid 2013), the 4 finger gesture to open the mission control does not work as well. please suggest what should I do.

"More gestures" are not working because of downloading "Pearson OnVue" exam software I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016), macOS Catalina 10.15.6 and lately I have and exam and I download "Pearson OnVue" software to do the exam. But when I removed it I faced a problem that all "more gestures" are not working, that shows Desktop or App Expose by using 3 fingers in the trackpad, System Preferences >> Trackpad >> More gestures (this not working even if they are checked in check box) What should I do to fix it ?
