I tend to recommend people reach out to Apple for diagnostics if they are close to 80% (85 or so). The diagnostics Apple does are a bit more sophisticated than what the phone does onboard.

Also, if the battery is losing charge very rapidly, even with a reasonable battery health.

There appears to be nothing wrong with your iPhone's battery. Apple does not consider an iPhone's battery requires replacement unless it cannot maintain, as a minimum, an 80% charge after 500 full recharging cycles.
