Final Cut Pro cannot save changes to your library

For months, every time I start a new project, about halfway through the editing process a message will pop up and say “ Final Cut Pro cannot save changes to your library. The storage location of one or more Libraries is no longer available. The libraries will close so that no work is lost.” But when the backup pulls up, I’ve lost one or two hours of work that I’ve done on the project.

My computer has plenty of storage left, I create a new library every month, I’ve run first aid multiple times, I backed up, wiped, and re-uploaded everything on my computer, and I reset the preferences on Final Cut Pro. None of those things fixed the issue I’m getting really tired of losing so much of my work every time I start a new project.

A couple of things pop out to me:

You have a Fusion drive and Etrecheck reports you've had kernel panics which might be due to hardware problems. I wonder if your Fusion Drive is starting to fail?

Also, most likely not related to this, but you have Chrome installed along with its keystone daemons that always run in the background, and is a known cause for FCP problems. An easy test would be to completely uninstall it using the instructions at https://chromeisbad.com and see if the problem persists.
