Error notice for new Apple ID account

Can’t add payment or select no payment on my Mac. Says “for assistance contact iTunes support” I really need this for my school work so I have to download Big Sur but am stuck on OS X and unable to sign into any apple account or download Big Sur from an external source

Stuck in a "Review Apple ID" and "Sign in" loop in the App store even after adding payment information When I try to use the App store, it prompts me to sign in to my (new) Apple ID. After I sign in it tells me that because it's my first time using my Apple ID with the App Store, I need to review my information. That loads for a second before it asks me to sign in again, then tells me I need to review my information, etc. The loop repeats. I looked it up and it said I needed to add payment information and a shipping and billing address. It wouldn't work directly from the mac for some reason so I did it from the website. I checked in System Preferences and I could see my card. The App Store still wasn't working. I restarted the computer to see if that would work but it's still stuck in the loop. Any ideas?

This is a customer to customer help forum. What did they say when you contacted iTunes support?

Call or chat iTunes support by clicking Get Support at the bottom of https://support.apple.com/itunes
