I bought a new remote that can play on tv while children would like to play a game. But everything goes well with it

Some games require a controller with gyroscope and accelerometer, like the Siri Remote (1st generation) had. Unfortunately, that capability was dropped with the Siri Remote (2nd generation).

What alternatives you have, will depend on the specific games.

- You may be able to pair a more specialist game controller, like for PlayStation or Xbox.

- You may be able to use an iPhone companion app as controller.

- You may be able to purchase a Siri Remote (1st generation) from other resellers.
