I have a MicroSD storing some files and I want to limit the permission to "read only" when it is ejected from my Mac. I checked the "Get Info" menu but the "Sharing & Permissions" is unchangeable, as in the fig:
So is there any solution to change this property or should I use some third-party products?

Not sure what is USB files...
Typically SD cards have a manual "lock" which makes it read only....
SD/SDHC/SDXC memory card is write protected or locked ...
You have some control from >System Preferences>Security & Privacy>Privacy
both Full Disk access / Files & folders access
