My aunt is planning to buy me an apple watch from the USA and im looking to get the SE model with cellular.
Will this be compatible in India and the UK? I'm in India currently, but going to the UK for further studies.

There are two cellular versions of the cellular Watch, North America/Puerto Rico and the rest of the world so the USA model will not work in the UK or India. You would also have to return to the USA for any repair service.
Will an Apple Watch bought in the USA be compatible with UK and Indian carriers?
