I just got a new iPhone 11 pro max, and when i use my camera it’s like a beauty filter is on. My skin is smoothed, my freckles doesn’t show at all. This is when i use snapchat, instagram, tiktok etc. does someone know how to turn it off?

Is it happening in the iOS camera app?
If it isn’t happening in the camera app, then you should contact the developers/ support team of Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
Maybe night mode was turned on. Night mode automaticity turns on when you try to take a photo in a dark area. To turn off night mode press the night mode icon (attached) then move the slider to 0 seconds. You can learn more about night mode here: Use Night mode on your iPhone - Apple Support. If that's not it maybe it's just that you are not used to the new camera
