Apple Watch Malware/Virus

The last couple of weeks I have a message on my watch face and everyday on my watch calendar stating potential malware virus discovered, an attacker are stealing your...,your text messages may have..., clean your phone from potential, your phone is at risk, check your iPhone now. With links. I know better then to click the links. My iPhone has had zero messages in regards to any of these. I have no apps that are trying to install ( I looked at a post that said to turn off auto updates on my watch and uninstall any apps that are trying to install).
