Error message-2100f

My friend has a MacBook Air and tried to restore it and failed. I tried to help and keep getting a globe with exclamation point and -2100f. Help

1- Reset PRAM and SMC

2- Connect an Ethernet cable using and Ethernet to USB-A or USB-C directly from your internet router

3- Try to restore

"The file can't be found." on booting... Everytime I start my MacBook Pro (intel chip), I get two error message. Both say "The file can't be found". This has been happening ever since I updated to big sur. I have to click on "OK" (twice) to make them go away. Neither does it tell you what file can't be found. I have not been updating regularly which I am assuming may be one of my problems. I tried to upgrade to macOS Ventura 13.1, which is what shows when I got to software update in system preferences. I get this error every time I attempt the upgrade. I have restarted, restarted in safe mode, as well as tried to reinstall the Mac OS from recovery mode. None of it works. Always the same result. I have used WiFi and ethernet. I've scoured this board to try and find a fix. When I am try it in recovery mode it gives me this status bar screen: But doesn't move from that. It stays "about 2 hours and 21 minutes remaining" for about 20 minutes and then it gives me this error: I tried to move from Big Sur to Monterey thinking that perhaps I needed to go from 11 to 12 before 13. This is the error I get when I try to upgrade to Monterey: “The operation couldn’t be completed. (PKDownloadError error 8.)" I'm not sure what is wrong and I would love any advice on how to fix this. I appreciate any help! Thanks!

Studio Crash Restart Hi, I set up my editing Studio today at work - I noticed it dropped off Teamviewer and then re-appeared a few hours later. The Mac stated it had restarted due to an error. The Crash report is as below (Any Ideas?): Mac M1 Max 32GB RAM 2022 Conncted to: Sonnet Dual 10GB SFP+ - Blackmagic 4k Extreme IO - Thunderbolt.
