Roving Blue boxes are outlining the text on each page

My screen has roaring blue lines in rectangles over each text block or picture. How do I turn it off?

We understand that your screen has blue lines in rectangles over text or pictures and we’re happy to help! It sounds like you have the VoiceOver feature enabled to turn off VoiceOver press Command-F5.
