MacBook randomly wakes up and starts paused videos

My macbook pro will randomly wake itself from sleep and start playing the video i had paused when it fell asleep. Videos from web browsers like Hulu, YouTube, or Netflix. I have woken up to it playing a video while it was closed.

The computer has randomly woken itself up pretty much since I bought it, I don’t really attach it to a mouse or anything so it’s not that a mouse is getting moved and waking it up. It’s also not waking up because of notifications, most of the time there is no notification in the corner when it does this.

What can I do to fix this?
