I purchased ipad mini A1489. After update ipad steel locked on activation so what can I do
I bought the phone and updated it. He is asking for another ID for activation. Now tell me what can happen?

As described, the iPad being Activation Locked suggests that the iPad is not new - but was previously owned by somebody else. The iPad has not been properly prepared for use by a new owner.

As you will discover, unless you are the owner of the AppleID that was last used to activate the device, you’ll not be able to defeat or bypass the Activation Lock. With documentary evidence that you are the original owner (such as sales receipt showing the serial number), Apple may be prepared to assist - otherwise they and nobody here will be able to help you.
