How to update Siri on iPhone 11pro
To receive medical reports, I have been asked to update my browser, Siri. How do I accomplish this on an iPhone 11pro?

Siri is not a browser. Siri is the personal assistant : link-> Siri - Apple
Safari is the browser and is updated with the operating system. If you are running iOS 14.6 on your iPhone then your Safari version is the most up to date version there is.
If the website for the medical records does not recognize Safari, then you can try using a different browser like Firefox or Edge which you can download from the App Store.
