The CoconutBattery application is only reading the computer sensors are offering.

As @tbirdvet has outlined the Battery Capacity is always going up and down and never stays at the same level.

The only real time to take real notice is when the Full Battery Cycles start mounting up and or the Battery Capacity is reading about 80%

Batteries are considered Consumable Products. Over time it will degrade to a point where it needs to be replaced. The usage is normal as the capacity will go up and down all the time and never stay always at 100%. Apple Batteries are rated for 1000 Full Battery Cycles and / or 80% Capacity before needing Evaluation or replacement.

Have to ask " Are there any AntiVirus, Disk Cleaner, Optimizers, Defrag, VPNs etc installed which should be removed as per Developers Instructions. They are useless, unneeded, cause havoc and interfere with the normal operation of the OS and may even Corrupt the OS requiring a Reinstallation. The Built-in Security of Big Sur is all that is required. "

Have the MBA M1 purchased on March 17, 2021 - battery capacity is about the same as your. Very lightly used as have iMac Desktop for real heavy lifting. The MBA M1 used daily but for maybe 1 hour per day especially since we are in COVID-19 lock down and being a Senior - not taking any chances even after full 2 Jabs vaccinations.
