Also, you may want to check whether the Print From USB Memory feature of this printer (https://downloads.dell.com/manuals/all-products/esuprt_printers_main/esuprt_printers_color_laser/dell-1355cn-cwn_user%27s%20guide_en-us.pdf#G7.1186905) could be used as a workaround. If so, you could save files, for example, as PDF on the Mac, copy them to a USB flash drive, and print from that drive on the 1355cn.

I do not know whether there are Mac drivers for any of the other printers in https://www.openprinting.org/driver/foo2hbpl2 .

If nothing else works, and if necessary, you could perhaps carry out experiments with a Linux print server (maybe an old PC running Ubuntu, or a Raspberry Pi). CUPS is used with Linux. Ubuntu is compatible with Bonjour/mDNS via Avahi.

Hi,

Drivers on the 1355cn support page (https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/dell-1355cn-cwn/drivers) are for older Mac operating systems. This is a GDI printer, which makes it difficult to find drivers. There is no easy solution. Everything will be experimental. The Open Printing web site indicates that an open source driver for Linux is available for the 1355 (and other printers, which perhaps could give you some ideas). If nothing else works, you would have to use the 1355cn with a Windows computer.
