Camera shutter not clicking when taking a photo - iPhone 6s Plus

I’ve tried everything to get my phone to click when taking a picture. All sounds are on. Live Photo is off. Switch at side is on for sound. Phone has been turned in and off still nothing. Help it’s really frustrating. It was working and has suddenly stopped.

Adjust the volume on iPhone
