Iphone 11 stuck on apple logo

Iphone 11 is stuck on apple logo. I took it to Tmobile and they tried the up volume, down volume and hold the power button but it didnt work. I tried connecting it to Music, but my computer doesnt recognize my phone, like it will not show up in finder. How do I fix this?

How do I get rid of the apple logo that my phone is stuck on? My phone is stuck on the logo, so I can not unlock it for my computer to recognize it
