Battery Problem on MacBook Pro 2020

Hi, Recently I am seeing a problem with my MacBook. its quite strange as I have around 50 60 percent charge but all of a sudden the screen will lock and shows the low battery sign. once I plug the charger it get back to normal 50 60 percent. I checked my battery health it shoes normal so how can I fix this problem?

while perhaps few easy answers are to be had.

To have a 'charging system diagnostic' is an idea.


An actual inspection by Apple, may offer answers.

Perhaps some parts there may need replacement.


• If your USB-C power adapter isn't charging your Mac notebook - Apple Support

The scant evidence of 'low-cycle count' does not

tell much about how the Mac was used. Or, if the

battery got run, way low & could've seen damage.


Some users of newer MacBook models, where two

charge ports exist, found the charger worked better

when the opposite side, was used instead. (?)
