Payment refund and failed support service

On the 9th of July, I purchased the M1 Macbook Pro + AppleCare with my own Debit Card. However, only RM809 (price of AppleCare) successfully went through. After 2 days of constant contact with Apple's Hotline and the Bank Hotline, I decided to just change the payment option to my mother's card instead. Once I did that, the full amount (incl of an RM 809 for AppleCare) successfully went through. Note that I have been charged with RM809 twice for my purchase. So I called the hotline number again and the only response I got was that my products will be delivered between so and so dates, and they are unable to provide help with further enquiries. I then decided to contact Apple's Support App and they redirected me to the hotline number again despite me already saying that it was of no help before this. So I gave it a shot again and tried calling the number, to which I got the exact same automated response saying that they will NOT be able to help me out with any enquiries. How should I go about this issue to get back my RM809?
