YouTube videos doesn’t upload in 4K

I’ve been trying to upload various videos to my YouTube account (from the YouTube app) but it doesn’t appear as 4K quality despite recording at 4K and changing the upload settings to “full quality” in my profile.

this is despite after waiting for it to process several days : it’s still stuck in the lower 1080p quality. I didn’t have this issue before about a year ago and was able to upload in 4K quality. This issue only happened recently.
