Sending a group email
I sent a group email and I got this response: -Apple-Mail=_B4D4E7EA-E223-45D1-8314-43E7010A6E16--
What does this mean and how do I correct?

We are happy to help with the issue you are having with sending a group email. You might want to quit mail, and restart our MacBook and try again. If you have a second email address you can use, we recommend trying to send a group email using that mail account to see if that works.
Are you able to receive and send regular mail?
You also want to make sure your MacBook is up to date. Learn How to update the software on your Mac here.
If you still get the error after trying all these steps, you can try to Start up your Mac in safe mode and see if the same thing happens.
