So when my Apple Watch is on and my phone is on loud my phone doesn’t receive notifications on loud when my Apple Watch is on but when I turn off my Apple Watch my notifications come through loudly

it is still not working
my notifications come through loudly om my apple watch but not om my iphone 12
but when i turn of my apple watch my notifications come through loudly on my phone
what setting must i change
both of the are updated to the newest software
When my Apple Watch is On my phone doesn’t want to receive messages loudly
