screen damage withoutphycial trauma

I have a new MacBook Pro 2020 model. The screen was showing issues since 2/3 months after purchase. We had gone to a store and it was dismissed as a software issue. Now the screen has developed fault lines with no trauma or external physical damage , scratch , dent , depression or buckling. May be it had a flaw which cracked up over some time . Despite product being under warranty the local service centre is not willing to listen ! They are assuming it is a case of physical trauma with no evidence to support the same.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

It sounds like it is time to reach out to Apple Support and see if they can help you sort out your issue.

Have all your purchase information ready to discuss, and please be patient. If you do not get satisfaction with the first person you speak with, you should politely ask to speak to that person's supervisor. You may have to do this a few times to escalate the issue.

Perform Screensharing:

I think what you need to do is contact Apple Support back. But, this time, show this to them by using the iSight Camera of your iPhone. Hover over the device, and show them exactly what is occurring. You'd enable the speakerphone, showing them what exactly is occurring. That will allow the Apple Rep to see this firsthand, from your perspective. It's much better than just explaining it to them BWOM (by words of mouth). Go Here: Screenshare your iPhone with the Camera App Enabled to Easily Converse Over-the-Phone with Apple Support - Use Tip
