I cannot back up my photos to my iCloud account.. I have done all the setup correctly, I have more than Eno’s space on my iCloud but it still does not back up.. advice

Verify that your settings are correct:
Settings > Photos > toggle iCloud Photos on.
Then, open photos. Select library. Then All photos. Scroll to the bottom. You should see an indicator of the number of photos and videos in your account and the current iCloud status (your status may vary from "updated just now" to something like uploading X of X,XXX or upload paused or similar). Depending on the size of your library, battery, and connection, it may take some time to upload all of your images. It's best to be on wi-fi and plugged in.
