Trouble after in game transaction

Hi. I hope this way can help my problem now. I play a mobile game called Onmyoji and I paid for some service for that game via e-wallet from my apple id. I use an app called Momo to pay. However, there was a problem during the transaction. My in-game service is still working while the money in the Momo payment app is not deducted. And then the Momo app became inaccessible. I deleted it and plan to download it again. However, I encountered one more problem. Appstore asked for the password of the e-wallet, I entered it correctly, then the e-wallet showed up again and told me I need to access Momo to download Momo? That loop has been going on for about a week now and I still haven't resolved the issue.

Besides that I received this message from the game I am playing. I think that money has already been returned to my Momo e-wallet. Right now I just want to be able to reload the Momo app to link and use the apple id payment method.

Have you contacted the in-game customer service as the screen shot shows?


Have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting the device, and then signing back in?
