Charge go to 1 to 100 when I plug into the charger

If you dropped your phone and are having problems charging it, get Apple to take a look at it:
Genius Bar appointment - This is tricky to get to directly. Go to https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/ > Get hardware help. Select your hardware and continue selecting options requiring replacing parts until you see "Bring in for Repair" --> Sign in with Apple ID
