I am playing genshin impact on ipad air 4 while charging and I noticed that the back of my ipad heats up.
and searched about it and according to that website lithium batteries are fine using while charging.
STILL Im worried since battery’s health tends to get old faster when they are hot right?
does it mean using my ipad while charging makes the battery health decline faster?

If you are playing heavy internal hardware resource intensive games while your iPad is plugged in and charging, your iPad is going to heat up a lot.
The CPU will get warm/er, the screen will get warm/er, the internal battery will, also, get warm/er.
Keep this activity up, over time, this may affect overall, long-term battery life.

I have an iPad Air 4 as well but have not experienced heating problems. A good way to start is to open App Switcher (swipe up from the bottom of the screen slowly) and close all your apps (swipe up on them).
