running version 7.5
cant update software
just see computers and settings on main page
cant log on to itunes
cant log on to icloud
tried restart
tried WiFi in 2 different locations
tried with cat5 connection
cant restore it won’t work
any ideas appreciated

Tried resetting using finder on my Mac, and it said it had a corrupted download
Tried using iTunes on a windows PC and it worker.

Hi, sphelps. In that case, we'd recommend restarting your Apple TV by unplugging the power cable and plugging it back in, then trying again.
If it still has issues, you may need to attempt to reset your Apple TV as outlined here: Reset Apple TV

I have already tried 2 networks, same issue
