How do you fix this kernel panic problem?

My laptop keeps crashing within 2 minutes of me booting it up again. The report has said things about watchdog, kernel panic and CPU caterr. I've tried everything like booting it into safe mode, factory resetting it and doing a hardware test but nothing seems to work.

MacBook Air 13″, 11.1
