Account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes

Every time I try to update an app, it says "Your account has been disabled in thee App Store and iTunes." I signed out and changed my Apple ID password, but the same thing appears every time. With that said, how can I revive my disabled Apple ID?

Please start your own discussion. Trying to answer several problems in one discussion gets confusing for everyone. A new post would be much more visible.
