How can I refund the accidental purchase?

Hello, this is Christian! I came to send here a message about the purchase that I have made! Okay okay I purchase something called an “Event Ticket” from the application called “Pokémon Go” it cost $4.99 for that ticket and I purchased it with my iTunes gift card that my dad gave me and it’s ready for the event at July 17, tomorrow. So, I waited then when it comes yesterday at July 15, something happen! I came to the Apple Store and bought an application called “Minecraft” and it cost $6.99 and my dad let’s me to use his credit card but when until he lets me to purchase it, something wasn’t right? I heard a message saying that I made purchase but I didn’t purchase anything yet only the application for “Minecraft.” After when I checked the payment or purchase history it said, purchased “$4.99 - Event ticket at July 15 ” but why does it said that since I already bought the ticket using the iTunes gift card at May? I need this to be fixed, so can you please try to fix this, I only need is the refund from my dad’s credit card of the purchase (not the iTunes purchase) and send an email that it fully refund it, and please make sure that my ticket of the application “Pokémon Go” is still there of the purchase of iTunes! Also, I tried to communicate with the “Pokémon Go Guide Helpers” with the purchase, but they told me that you guys can, so please help me fix this error, please and Thank You!
