I’ve use PayPal as payment method for 200mb for my iCloud storage plan and now i change it to 2TB and I’ve changed the payment method too so i want to remove Paypal as payment method but i can’t because it’s said that i have an active purchase on this payment method so what should i do i want to remove the paypal as payment Method

Since you have a subscription, you need to add the new card, and then promote it to the primary payment method before you can remove PayPal.
