MS Outlook

I just added the MS Outlook app to my phone and noticed that I can not open it. Every time I click on the App it try’s to open, then closes back to the main screen.

I am currently running on IOS 14.6 on a IPhone 11 plus, and need the app for business.

I tried all the options listed as to how to get the App to work, and nothing.

its as if the IPhone doesn’t want me to use the App. I have access to it through the regular mail form, but need the added features that the App provides.

any insight??
